Ginger may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs. However, research is conflicting.
Laboratory research suggests that ginger inhibits thromboxane synthetase and decreases platelet aggregation. However, this has not been demonstrated unequivocally in humans, with mixed results from clinical trials. Theoretically, excessive amounts of ginger might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.

The piece of this combo pill that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin already thins the blood by blocking platelets so they clump less easily. Ginger may do a little of the same thing in the lab, so stacking the two could, in theory, add up to a higher bleeding risk. With aspirin, that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset and dark stools.

That said, the human evidence is genuinely mixed, and ginger you cook with or sprinkle on food is very unlikely to cause trouble. The bigger question mark is concentrated ginger supplements. I wouldn't stop anything on your own, but do check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding a daily ginger capsule, especially if you bruise easily or have a bleeding problem.

Ginger might increase or decrease the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research and some case reports suggest that ginger inhibits CYP3A4 activity. Three case reports from the World Health Organization (WHO) adverse drug reaction database describe increased toxicity in patients taking ginger and cancer medications that are CYP3A4 substrates (imatinib, dabrafenib, and crizotinib). However, the causality of this interaction is unclear due to the presence of multiple interacting drugs and routes of administration.
Conversely, other in vitro research suggests that ginger induces CYP3A4 activity, leading to reduced levels of CYP3A4 substrates. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the honest picture with Synalgos DC (aspirin, caffeine, and dihydrocodeine). The flag on file is about ginger possibly nudging the CYP3A4 enzyme, which plays a role in handling the dihydrocodeine part. The tricky thing is that dihydrocodeine is a prodrug, meaning your body has to convert it into its active painkilling form. So if ginger slows that enzyme down, you might get a bit less pain relief; if it speeds it up, you could get slightly more, along with more drowsiness, constipation, or nausea.

The catch is that this evidence is very weak, coming mostly from lab dishes and a few unclear case reports. For most people, ginger in food or normal supplement amounts is unlikely to cause a real problem here. Still, if you use concentrated ginger regularly, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor.

Here's the piece of Synalgos DC that ginger could touch: the caffeine. Caffeine is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, and lab dish studies suggest ginger might slow that enzyme down a bit. In theory, that could let caffeine linger a little longer, so you might feel slightly more jittery, wired, or have trouble winding down to sleep.

I want to be honest with you though: this is only seen in test-tube research and has never actually shown up in real people. It's rated a minor, possible interaction. Everyday ginger in food, or even a typical ginger supplement, is very unlikely to cause a problem. If you're sensitive to caffeine or use higher-dose ginger, just check with your pharmacist to be safe.
