Dextroamphetamine (patch) falls under SEROTONERGIC DRUGS — the group Hawaiian Baby Woodrose interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use may increase the risk for serotonergic adverse effects.
Hawaiian baby woodrose contains chemicals which might increase serotonin levels. Combining serotonergic drugs with Hawaiian baby woodrose might increase the risk of serotonergic side effects including serotonin syndrome and cerebral vasoconstrictive disorders.

Here's the concern with wearing a Xelstrym (dextroamphetamine) patch and taking Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds. The seeds contain LSD-like ergoline compounds that nudge serotonin activity in the brain, and dextroamphetamine already raises brain levels of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. Stacking the two could theoretically push serotonin too high and raise the risk of serotonin syndrome, which can look like agitation, a racing heart, high blood pressure, sweating, tremor, muscle twitching, or confusion.

To be fair, this warning is based on pharmacology and theory, not solid human studies. Even so, Hawaiian Baby Woodrose is unpredictable and not a proven medicine, so I wouldn't pair it with your patch. Please talk to your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything with it.
