Bromodiphenhydramine falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Jimson Weed interacts with.

Theoretically, jimson weed may increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects.
Jimson weed contains alkaloids with anticholinergic effects, such as atropine and scopolamine. Use with other anticholinergic drugs may cause additive effects.

First things first: Jimson Weed is a genuinely poisonous plant, not a supplement, and I'd urge you to steer clear of it entirely. But here's the pharmacology behind the warning. Bromodiphenhydramine (Ambodryl) is an older antihistamine that already has its own drying, anticholinergic side, meaning it can cause dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, a fast heartbeat, trouble urinating, and drowsiness or confusion.

Jimson Weed is packed with atropine and scopolamine, which act the very same way. Stacking the two would add together and likely make those effects stronger and more dangerous, especially the racing heart, confusion, and overheating. This concern is based on how the chemicals work rather than formal studies, but with a plant this toxic I wouldn't risk it. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything like this.
