Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS
Why this applies to Aripiprazole Lauroxil
Aripiprazole Lauroxil falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group K2/spice interacts with.
There have been numerous cases of increased QT and corrected QT intervals in patients using K2/spice.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
First, the honest truth: K2/Spice is not a supplement at all. It's plant material sprayed with lab-made cannabinoid chemicals that change batch to batch, and it has triggered seizures, psychosis, heart rhythm trouble, and deaths. It really shouldn't be used by anyone, for any reason.
Here's the heart piece with your Aristada shot. Aripiprazole can slightly lengthen the QT interval, which is the heart's electrical reset time. K2/Spice has been linked in real cases to QT changes too, so using both could theoretically stack that risk and raise the chance of a dangerous irregular heartbeat. This is based on anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so the concern is real but not proven. Please bring this up with your doctor or pharmacist before doing anything.

“Aripiprazole lauroxil (Aristada) is a long-acting antipsychotic injection, and because each dose keeps working for weeks, a bad supplement pairing cannot be undone by skipping a pill. So the 16 major-rated entries among its 233 interactions on file deserve to be understood first.”
