Aripiprazole Lauroxil falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group 1,4-butanediol interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of 1,4-butanediol with CNS depressants may potentiate respiratory and CNS depression.
1,4-Butanediol is metabolized to gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB). Concomitant use of CNS depressants with GHB may cause serious CNS and respiratory depression.

First, the big picture: 1,4-butanediol is not a real supplement at all. It's a toxic industrial chemical that your body turns into GHB, a strong sedative that slows down your brain and breathing. It honestly shouldn't be taken by anyone.

Now to your specific question. Aristada (aripiprazole lauroxil) is a long-acting injection for schizophrenia, and like other antipsychotics it can already cause drowsiness, dizziness, and slowed thinking. Stacking it with something that depresses the central nervous system can add those effects together. The real worry is deep sedation, trouble staying awake, and dangerously slow or shallow breathing. This warning is based mostly on theory and scattered reports, but the risk is serious enough that I'd never combine these. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything with your Aristada.

Aripiprazole injection is used to treat schizophrenia and to provide maintenance treatment for bipolar I disorder in adults. Different injectable products carry these approvals.

Abilify Asimtufii is approved for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults and as maintenance monotherapy for bipolar I disorder in adults. Aristada is approved for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults, with Aristada Initio used specifically to help start Aristada therapy.
