Indapamide falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group K2/spice interacts with.

Theoretically, K2/spice might have an additive effect with drugs that prolong the QT interval and increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias.
There have been numerous cases of increased QT and corrected QT intervals in patients using K2/spice.

First things first: K2/Spice isn't an herbal product, it's plant material sprayed with synthetic chemicals, and it has been linked to seizures, heart trouble, and even deaths. I'd steer you away from it entirely, separate from any drug you take.

Here's the concern with indapamide. This water pill can flush potassium and magnesium out of your body, and low levels of those minerals can stretch out the heart's electrical rhythm (what we call the QT interval). K2/Spice has been reported to do the same thing. Put them together and you may get an additive effect that raises the risk of a dangerous irregular heartbeat. To be fair, this is based mostly on scattered case reports, not strong studies, so it's a possible risk rather than a sure thing. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything with indapamide.

About Indapamide

What Is Indapamide Used For?

Brand names: Lozol, Lozide

Indapamide tablets are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), either on their own or together with other blood pressure medications. Lowering blood pressure helps reduce the risk of related complications.

Indapamide tablets are also used to treat salt and fluid retention (edema) associated with congestive heart failure. In certain cases, indapamide may also be appropriate during pregnancy when swelling is caused by a medical condition rather than normal pregnancy changes — but routine use in otherwise healthy pregnant women is not recommended.
