Here's the thing about Chloroxine (Capitrol): it's actually a medicated shampoo you put on your scalp to treat dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis, not a pill you swallow. So this interaction, which is about how a bulk-forming fiber like karaya gum can soak up and slow the absorption of oral medications in your gut, really doesn't apply to a topical product like this one.

Karaya gum swells into a gel that can grab onto swallowed drugs, but a shampoo never travels through your digestive tract, so the two won't bump into each other. Karaya gum is a natural plant gum from the Sterculia tree that is mostly used as a bulk-forming laxative and as a thickener or adhesive in food, dental, and ostomy products. As a fiber-type laxative it may help with occasional constipation, but high-quality evidence is limited, and it should be taken with plenty of water to avoid choking or blockage. Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially if you have swallowing problems or bowel conditions.
