ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Bacampicillin
Bacampicillin falls under ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS — the group Levilactobacillus Brevis interacts with.
Levilactobacillus brevis preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and L. brevis preparations by at least two hours.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the simple version: Bacampicillin is an antibiotic (a prodrug that your body converts into ampicillin), and its whole job is to kill bacteria. Levilactobacillus brevis is a probiotic made of live, helpful bacteria. So if you take them at the same time, the antibiotic may wipe out a good chunk of those probiotic organisms before they can do anything. This doesn't make your Bacampicillin weaker or more dangerous, and it won't cause new side effects. It just means you may not get the full benefit of the probiotic.
This is a theoretical concern based on how each one works, not a proven problem. A common, easy fix is to space them out by at least two hours. Your pharmacist can help you set up the timing.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Bacampicillin page
“If you're on bacampicillin (Penglobe), a penicillin-type antibiotic, handle this list with real care, starting with activated charcoal. It's the one major-rated interaction of the 44 on file, and it binds the antibiotic in your gut so less reaches your blood, which can mean an infection that doesn't clear.”

Levilactobacillus brevis (formerly Lactobacillus brevis) is a lactic acid bacterium found in fermented foods like sauerkraut, pickles, and kimchi, and is used as a probiotic.
