    There is a case report of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) occurring in a 20-year-old female who had a single seizure following use of subcutaneous melanotan daily for 1 week. What Is Ponesimod Used For?

Brand name: Ponvory

Ponvory (ponesimod) is approved for adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS). This includes clinically isolated syndrome (a first MS episode), relapsing-remitting MS, and active secondary progressive MS.

It is not approved for children, and it is only available as an oral tablet under the brand name Ponvory.
