Theoretically, willow bark might increase the effects and adverse effects of choline magnesium trisalicylate.
Willow bark contains salicin, a plant salicylate. It might have an additive effect when taken with other salicylate-containing drugs such as choline magnesium trisalicylate.

Here's the simple version: willow bark is basically a natural form of aspirin. Your body turns its salicin into salicylic acid, which is the very same kind of compound your Trilisate (choline magnesium trisalicylate) already delivers. So taking them together is a bit like doubling up on the same medicine, and the salicylate load in your body can stack up.

When salicylate levels climb too high, you may notice things like stomach upset, heartburn, ringing in the ears, or easier bruising and bleeding. To be clear, this concern is based on how these compounds work rather than hard studies, so it's theoretical. Still, since both are true salicylates, I'd play it safe. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.
