Topotecan (Hycamtin) treats ovarian, cervical, and small cell lung cancers, and when a drug's entire job is killing tumor cells, anything that weakens it deserves genuine attention. Activated charcoal carries the only major rating among the 19 supplements flagged here. It can bind the drug and lower the amount in your body even when topotecan is given by infusion, so it should stay off the table entirely during treatment.
