Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) are essential amino acids that are part of muscle protein. The body uses BCAA during exercise to help fuel muscles, preserve muscle glycogen stores and reduce the amount of protein breakdown.
The 3:1:1 ratio of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine is micronized from large molecules into smaller particles for easier absorption, maximizing delivery as you strive to achiece new performance levels.
