The product also contains several inactive ingredients—cellulose, hypromellose, sodium croscarmellose, glycerin, magnesium stearate, and vegetable juice color—which serve as fillers, binders, and capsule materials.

The evidence supporting these ingredients for blood pressure management is limited. Stevia leaf extract, lycopene, and hawthorn all lack reliable evidence to rate their effectiveness for high blood pressure according to the data we hold.
Olive leaf extract likewise shows insufficient evidence for the conditions it's been studied in. While some research hints that hawthorn and stevia might lower blood pressure, the studies aren't conclusive enough to confidently say they work for that purpose.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
The individual ingredients appear generally well tolerated overall. Stevia and steviol glycosides are well tolerated by mouth, though some people report bloating, dizziness, headache, muscle aches, nausea, or numbness—most of which resolve after the first week.
Lycopene supplements may cause diarrhea, gas, belly bloating, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, or loss of appetite. Olive leaf extract is well tolerated and may cause headache or stomach discomfort.
Hawthorn is generally well tolerated but rare serious reactions like multiorgan hypersensitivity and acute kidney failure have been reported; palpitations and circulation problems have occurred in cardiac patients. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Lycopene is rated likely safe in both.
Hawthorn is not recommended—avoid it during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to insufficient safety data. Stevia and olive leaf extract have no pregnancy or breastfeeding data on file, so talk with your doctor or pharmacist about personalized advice if you're pregnant or nursing.

Stevia leaf extract
Lithium
Theoretically, stevia might decrease clearance and increase levels of lithium.
Animal research suggests that stevia extracts might have diuretic activity. Theoretically, increased reabsorption of lithium along with sodium might reduce excretion and increase levels of lithium.
Antidiabetes Drugs
Theoretically, stevia might increase the risk for hypoglycemia when combined with antidiabetes drugs.
Preliminary clinical research in patients with type 2 diabetes suggests that taking a single dose of stevia extract 1000 mg reduces postprandial blood glucose levels when taken with a meal. However, other clinical research in patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes suggests that taking stevioside 250 mg three times daily does not significantly affect blood glucose levels or glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) after three months of treatment.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, combining stevia or stevia constituents with antihypertensive agents might increase the risk of hypotension.
Stevia extract and stevioside might lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension. However, other clinical research suggests that stevioside does not significantly lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
Hawthorn leaf and flower extract
Nitrates
Theoretically, concomitant use might cause additive coronary vasodilatory effects.
Some evidence shows that hawthorn might lower blood pressure due to vasodilatory effects.
Phosphodiesterase-5 Inhibitors
Theoretically, concomitant use might result in additive vasodilation and hypotension.
Hawthorn might inhibit PDE-5 and cause vasodilation.
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, hawthorn may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro and animal research shows that hawthorn can inhibit platelet aggregation. However, its effect in humans is unclear. One observational study shows that patients taking hawthorn shortly before undergoing coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery or valve replacement surgery have a 10% incidence of postoperative bleeding, compared with 1% in those who never consumed hawthorn extract. However, clinical research shows that taking a specific preparation of dried hawthorn leaves and flowers (Crataesor, Soria Natural Lab) 800 mg three times daily for 15 days does not affect platelet aggregation or levels of thromboxane B2, the metabolite of thromboxane A2, in healthy humans.
Beta-Blockers
Theoretically, concomitant use might cause additive effects on blood pressure and heart rate.
Some evidence shows that hawthorn might lower blood pressure and heart rate.
Calcium Channel Blockers
Theoretically, concomitant use might cause additive coronary vasodilation and hypotensive effects.
Some evidence shows that hawthorn might lower blood pressure due to vasodilatory effects.
Digoxin (Lanoxin)
Theoretically, hawthorn might potentiate the effects and adverse effects of digoxin.
Hawthorn appears to improve cardiac output; however, hawthorn does not appear to affect digoxin pharmacokinetics. Case reports suggest that at least one species of hawthorn root extract (Crataegus mexicana) may produce adverse effects similar to digoxin and can cross-react with digoxin assays, leading to falsely elevated plasma digoxin levels.
Lycopene
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, taking lycopene with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs might increase the risk of bleeding.
In vitro research shows that lycopene has antiplatelet effects.
