- Broccoli (Brassica oleracea Botrytis cymosa), Kale (Bras-sica oleracea var. acephala), and Radish (Raphanus sativus) are rich in isothiocyanates, especially sulforaphane; broccoli contains indoles, notably indole-3-carbinol. This extract is standardized at 0.04% sulforaphane.
