Description Cordyceps has a history of use in ancient Chinese medicine going back over 2000 years. This mushroom has recently exploded into mainstream Western culture because of its plethora of uses. It is believed to support positive immune response and energy, while maintaining healthy respiratory and circulatory functions of the body. Our water soluble herbal extracts are best mixed in juice or a smoothie, although mixing in water is perfectly fine if you can tolerate the taste.
