PERFORMANCE TRAINING USAGE: As a dietary supplement, consume one serving per day. Consume pre-during, and or post-excercise. Or in divided doses on non-training days. to mix, combine one serving (1 scoop) per 10-20oz of water, stir vigorously with a spoon or mix in a shaker cup.
