Genius Eternal Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Genius Eternal against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Genius Eternal by The Genius Brand
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
Genius Eternal has 5 active ingredients. SerinAid is phosphatidylserine, a compound thought to support brain cell function.
Resveratrol is a plant compound found in grapes and berries that acts as an antioxidant. The product also contains Telos95 Telomere Support, Pyrroloquinoline Quinone, and Sirtmax, ingredients we don't have detailed information on in our data.
The capsules also contain inactive ingredients—hypromellose, silica, rice husk, and magnesium stearate—which are common binders and flow agents.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence for this product's ingredients is mixed. Phosphatidylserine is rated possibly effective for age-related cognitive decline and Alzheimer disease, but there's insufficient evidence to rate it for ADHD, general cognitive function, dementia, or athletic performance.
Resveratrol is rated possibly effective for obesity and allergic rhinitis (hay fever), but possibly ineffective for cardiovascular disease and high cholesterol. We don't have effectiveness ratings on file for Telos95 Telomere Support, Pyrroloquinoline Quinone, or Sirtmax.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Phosphatidylserine is generally well tolerated, though long-term safety isn't fully established. Common side effects include flatulence, gastrointestinal upset, headache, insomnia (especially at higher doses), and nausea.
Resveratrol is also generally well tolerated at typical supplement doses, but higher doses may cause diarrhea, loose stools, and gastrointestinal discomfort. One trial participant reported a skin rash that resolved after stopping it.
Avoid phosphatidylserine during pregnancy and breastfeeding—there isn't enough safety data. Resveratrol should also be avoided as a concentrated supplement during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before taking Genius Eternal, double-check these medication types with your pharmacist: blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs (like warfarin or aspirin) because of bleeding risk; anticholinergic drugs for overactive bladder or other conditions; cholinergic drugs; and medications broken down by your liver's CYP2C19, CYP1A2, CYP3A4, or CYP2E1 enzymes. We couldn't check three ingredients in the formula, so having your pharmacist review your full medication list is especially important.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
Genius Eternal is designed to support cognition and cellular health, but if you take blood thinners, antiplatelet drugs, or medications for bladder control or Parkinson disease, you'll want to check your exact medications with the tool on this page first. It's generally well tolerated, though it can cause digestive upset or insomnia.
Talk to your pharmacist before starting, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or on prescription medications.

Genius Eternal by The Genius Brand Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Genius Eternal by The Genius Brand contains two ingredients with documented drug interactions.
SerinAid (phosphatidylserine) has Moderate interactions with anticholinergic drugs—used for conditions like overactive bladder and certain types of poisoning—where it may theoretically reduce their effectiveness by raising acetylcholine levels. It also interacts Moderately with cholinergic drugs (medications that increase acetylcholine), potentially causing additive effects.

Resveratrol carries Moderate interactions with several medication classes. It may increase blood levels of drugs broken down by liver enzymes (CYP2C19, CYP1A2, CYP3A4, and CYP2E1 isoenzymes), though human studies are limited—notably, high-dose resveratrol didn't affect CYP3A4 drug levels in one trial.
Resveratrol also has mild antiplatelet activity, so combining it with blood thinners (anticoagulants) or antiplatelet medications like aspirin carries a Moderate risk of increased bleeding.
We couldn't check three other ingredients in this product—Telos95 Telomere Support, Pyrroloquinoline Quinone, and Sirtmax—because we hold no interaction data for them. Altogether, these interactions span 931 individual medications.

For each ingredient in Genius Eternal with known interactions, here are the types of medications they can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Resveratrol
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Resveratrol may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Resveratrol seems to have antiplatelet effects.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit CYP1A2 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 2C19 (Cyp2C19) Substrates
Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C19.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit CYP2C19 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 2E1 (Cyp2E1) Substrates
Resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2E1.
In vitro research suggests that resveratrol inhibits CYP2E1 isoenzyme. Also, a pharmacokinetic study shows that taking resveratrol 500 mg daily for 10 days prior to taking a single dose of chlorzoxazone 250 mg increases the maximum concentration of chlorzoxazone by about 54%, the area under the curve of chlorzoxazone by about 72%, and the half-life of chlorzoxazone by about 35%. Chlorzoxazone is used as a probe drug for CYP2E1.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit the CYP3A4 enzyme. However, clinical research shows that taking resveratrol 3000 mg daily for 8 weeks does not necessitate dose adjustments to medications metabolized by CYP3A4.
SerinAid
Anticholinergic Drugs
Theoretically, phosphatidylserine might decrease the effectiveness anticholinergic drugs.
Phosphatidylserine is thought to increase acetylcholine levels, which could theoretically interfere with the activity of anticholinergic agents.
Cholinergic Drugs
Theoretically, phosphatidylserine might have additive effects with cholinergic drugs.
Phosphatidylserine is thought to increase acetylcholine levels, which could theoretically lead to additive cholinergic effects when used with cholinergic drugs.
