Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: As a dietary supplement take one 1/2ml dose daily. Mix 1/2ml (or 1/2 dropper) in juice or other beverage then stir and drink. Because of the alcohol base its recommended that you mix Mamba Venom with juice. Use 20 minute before training and ONLY ON TRAINING DAYS.

Do not exceed 12 weeks of continued use. Take 8-10 week breaks between cycles.
