Mass GH Ingredients & Drug Interactions
by Olympus UK
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Mass GH against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Mass GH by Olympus UK
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
Mass GH contains 2 active ingredients: ligandrol (marketed as Legend), a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) under investigation for muscle and strength, and Ghar1ne, which we couldn't find detailed information on. The capsules also hold rice flour, magnesium stearate, and gelatin as inactive ingredients.
Does it work?
Insufficient evidence
The evidence we hold doesn't establish that ligandrol works for athletic performance, muscle strength, cachexia, muscular dystrophy, or breast cancer—the ratings across these uses are insufficient reliable evidence to rate. That means the research backing its use for these purposes hasn't been nailed down yet.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Ligandrol is an unapproved investigational drug, not a legal dietary supplement, and the safety data advises against it in pregnancy and while breastfeeding—it may harm a developing baby and can pass into breast milk. Beyond that, the FDA has warned that ligandrol-containing supplements are associated with liver toxicity, and case reports document liver injury in people who've used it.
One case involved a man who took 10 mg daily for just 2 weeks before developing signs of liver damage. Ligandrol has also been shown to lower HDL cholesterol (the "good" kind) in trial doses as low as 0.3 mg daily.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before taking Mass GH, check with your doctor or pharmacist if you take any hepatotoxic drugs (medications that stress the liver). Ligandrol may add to that risk.
Because ligandrol is not an approved supplement and carries real safety concerns, your own healthcare provider should clear it alongside any other medications you use.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with insufficient evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
Ligandrol is an unapproved drug with documented liver injury risk and FDA warnings—it's not a standard dietary supplement. If you're considering Mass GH, talk with your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you have liver disease or take any medication that affects liver function.

Mass GH by Olympus UK contains ligandrol (Legend), a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) that interacts with hepatotoxic drugs—medications that can stress your liver.
Using ligandrol alongside these drugs may add to that liver stress.

Ligandrol is the ingredient we need to flag here. Case reports document liver injury tied to ligandrol use, and the FDA has specifically warned that supplements containing ligandrol carry a risk of liver toxicity.
The other active ingredient, Ghar1ne, we could not check for interactions.
Alternative is not the word; instead: Altogether, these interactions span 371 individual medications. Because ligandrol is an unapproved investigational drug—not a legal dietary supplement—and carries real safety concerns, you'll want to discuss this product with your doctor or pharmacist before taking it, especially if you take any medication that affects your liver.
