- Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take eight (8) softgels daily. Take two (2) softgels three times daily with meals, and an additional two (2) softgels at night. For best results, use for at least 12 weeks in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet and exercise program. Consume 8-10 glasses of water per day.
