Read the full MedlinePlus article ↗Sanatos Nighttime Multi Symptoms is a liquid medicine taken by mouth that combines three active ingredients commonly used to manage cold and flu symptoms at night. Acetaminophen is typically used to reduce fever and relieve pain, while dextromethorphan is commonly found in products meant to suppress cough. Doxylamine succinate functions as a sedating antihistamine often included in nighttime formulas to promote sleep. This is an over-the-counter monograph product, meaning it is marketed under established FDA guidelines for this category of multi-symptom cold medicine.
