This medication is sometimes prescribed for other uses; ask your doctor or pharmacist for more information.
Read the full MedlinePlus article ↗- It relieves heartburn that comes with acid indigestion and sour stomach. It combines an acid reducer with antacids in one chewable tablet.
- If you're 12 or older, chew one tablet completely when you need relief, then swallow. Don't swallow it whole. Don't take more than 2 chewable tablets in 24 hours.
- The label says children 12 and older can use it as directed. For children under 12, ask a doctor first.
