Clinical
This is an over-the-counter cream containing zinc oxide, a mineral ingredient commonly used in diaper rash products. Applied topically to the skin, zinc oxide typically functions as a barrier and protectant, helping to shield the diaper area from moisture and irritants. This product is marketed under FDA's established rules for over-the-counter diaper rash creams rather than as an individually reviewed drug application.
