Increased glyBURIDE exposure

Concomitant administration of fluvastatin and glyBURIDE may lead to increased glyBURIDE exposure. A pharmacokinetic study found the mean glyBURIDE AUC and Cmax to be 70% and 50% greater, respectively, when coadministered with fluvastatin.
