Best Life Diet + Cefaclor
Cefaclor brand names: Ceclor CD, Ceclor.
We found no known interaction between Best Life Diet and Cefaclor in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Best Life Diet and Cefaclor
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Cefaclor and Best Life Diet in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — research on Best Life Diet alongside specific medications may be limited.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Best Life Diet at all — not against Cefaclor, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
Best Life Diet is an eating pattern rather than something you take. Ask your pharmacist or doctor before changing how you eat while on a prescribed medicine: some medicines are dosed around meals, and a change in diet can change how they work. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

Safety guidance is general; always confirm with your pharmacist or doctor for your situation.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Cefaclor page
“The entries worth understanding before any others on this cefaclor (Ceclor) page are the kidney risks and charcoal. Cefaclor is a cephalosporin antibiotic, typically a short course for ear, sinus, throat, or skin infections, and two herbs here, Siberian cocklebur and asarabacca, can damage the kidneys on their own, so pairing either wi…”

Where Best Life Diet and Cefaclor Sit Against Everything Else
Out of every supplement and medication people look up on HelloPharmacist, here is where these two land this week — and which way each has been moving.
#1,109 of 1,452 supplements looked up here in the last 7 days
#226 of 2,830 medications looked up here in the last 7 days
Position among everything looked up on this site, not a measure of how commonly either one is used or how important it is. A supplement can climb this list because of a news story. It counts every request to the page, automated ones included, and nothing here identifies anyone.
Where does our data come from?
- Source: the Natural Medicines (TRC Healthcare) clinical database — the evidence-graded professional reference for herb & supplement interactions. Best Life Diet is not yet covered by that licensed database, so its write-up cites publicly available medical sources directly (see the references below).
- Citation library: 103,510 references behind our interaction content, 65,311 of them resolved to verified PubMed/DOI sources. See every Best Life Diet reference on this page ↓
- Freshness: we automatically re-check this combination every week — this pair was last verified October 4, 2026. The Best Life Diet and Cefaclor records this page draws on were last updated June 22, 2026.
- What “no known interaction” means: no documented interaction in the sources above — not a guarantee of safety. Supplements are studied far less than prescription drugs, so we say exactly what the evidence supports, and nothing more.
About Best Life Diet
What is Best Life Diet?
- Weight loss
- Building healthy eating habits
- Increasing physical activity
- Long-term lifestyle change
The Best Life Diet is a lifestyle and weight-management program created by trainer Bob Greene, not a pill, herb, or supplement. It promotes gradual changes in eating and exercise rather than a quick fix, and its general advice (more activity, fewer processed foods, mindful eating) is reasonable and low-risk for most people. If you have a medical condition or take medications, talk with your doctor or pharmacist before starting any weight-loss plan.

An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Best Life Diet is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Best Life Diet record says about it on its own.
Best Life Diet: dosing
There is no "dose" for the Best Life Diet because it is not a supplement. Instead, you follow the program's meal guidance, portion suggestions, and activity goals.Follow the instructions in the official book or program materials, and adjust based on your personal calorie and nutrition needs. A registered dietitian, pharmacist, or doctor can help you tailor the plan if you have specific health goals or conditions.

About Cefaclor
What Is Cefaclor Used For?
Brand names: Ceclor CD, Ceclor
Cefaclor treats a range of bacterial infections. The capsule and oral suspension forms are used for ear infections (otitis media), lower respiratory tract infections including pneumonia, strep throat and tonsillitis, urinary tract infections (including kidney infections and bladder infections), and skin and skin structure infections.
The extended-release tablet form of Cefaclor is approved for a narrower set of uses: acute bacterial flare-ups of chronic bronchitis, strep throat and tonsillitis, and uncomplicated skin infections. Not all infections approved for the capsule or suspension are approved for the extended-release tablet — your prescriber will choose the right form for your infection.
Most-Reported Side Effects for Cefaclor
From FAERS, the FDA’s public side-effect reporting system (1,535 reports, all brands). Reports are voluntary and are not proof the drug caused the effect.
