Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CNS DEPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine
Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Cannabichromene (cbc) interacts with.
Animal research shows that cannabichromene, given as a single dose intraperitoneally, increases the sedative response to the drugs hexobarbital, barbital, and zoxazolamine. However, this effect was not maintained when cannabichromene was given continuously. After receiving cannabichromene daily for 7 days, the sedative effect of these drugs was reduced when compared with a control group or a single dose of cannabichromene.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist of it. Your medicine contains hydrocodone, an opioid cough and pain ingredient that already slows down the brain and can make you drowsy. CBC, in early lab and animal studies, appeared to add to that sedating effect. So in plain terms, pairing the two could leave you more tired, foggy, or lightheaded than expected, and in heavier cases it could slow your breathing.
I want to be honest about the evidence though. This comes from animal research only, and interestingly the extra sleepiness faded after several days of repeated CBC dosing. We simply don't have human data here. The pseudoephedrine part isn't the concern. Before you combine these, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor so they can look at your full picture.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine page
“Rezira and P-V-Tussin pair hydrocodone, an opioid, with pseudoephedrine, a decongestant, so the 241 supplements here pull in two directions and I would handle this combination with real care. Most entries either deepen the opioid's sedation (78 ingredients are CNS depressants, alcohol included) or stack stimulant effects onto the pseud…”
