Naltrexone Hydrochloride, Oxycodone Hydrochloride falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Cannabichromene (cbc) interacts with.

Using cannabichromene with drugs that have sedative properties may cause additive therapeutic and adverse effects.
Animal research shows that cannabichromene, given as a single dose intraperitoneally, increases the sedative response to the drugs hexobarbital, barbital, and zoxazolamine. However, this effect was not maintained when cannabichromene was given continuously. After receiving cannabichromene daily for 7 days, the sedative effect of these drugs was reduced when compared with a control group or a single dose of cannabichromene.

Troxyca ER pairs oxycodone, a strong opioid pain reliever, with naltrexone built into the capsule to discourage misuse. The concern here isn't about how your body breaks the drug down. Instead, it's about overlapping sedation. Oxycodone already slows the brain and can cause drowsiness, slowed breathing, confusion, dizziness, and constipation. Adding CBC, which may have calming effects, could deepen that sleepiness on top of it.

I'll be honest with you: this is based only on animal lab studies, and the results were mixed (a single dose seemed to add to sedation, but daily use actually lessened it). So we really can't predict it well in people. Because slowed breathing with an opioid is serious, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining the two.
