Anisindione falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cat's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, cat's claw may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Cat's claw contains rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline. Animal research suggests that these alkaloids can inhibit platelet aggregation. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Anisindione (Miradon) is an old-school blood thinner, in the same family as warfarin. Its whole job is to slow down clotting so your blood doesn't form dangerous clots. The concern here is that cat's claw may also nudge things in the thinning direction. In lab and animal studies, two compounds in cat's claw (rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline) seem to make platelets less sticky, which could add to what your medication is already doing.

Stacked together, the worry is too much blood-thinning effect: easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or harder-to-stop cuts. I want to be honest though, this has only been seen in test tubes and animals, never confirmed in people. Still, because anisindione is a narrow-margin drug where small shifts matter, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
