Detoxification + Sacubitril, Valsartan
Sacubitril, Valsartan brand name: Entresto.
We found no known interaction between Detoxification and Sacubitril, Valsartan in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Detoxification and Sacubitril, Valsartan
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Sacubitril, Valsartan and Detoxification in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Detoxification at all — not against Sacubitril, Valsartan, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Sacubitril, Valsartan page
“Entresto (sacubitril and valsartan) is a heart failure medicine, and heart failure patients tend to be heavy supplement users, reaching for fish oil, potassium, and herbal blood-pressure remedies. That instinct carries real risk here.”

About Detoxification
What is Detoxification?
- Perceived cleansing of toxins
- Weight loss support
- Boosting energy
- Improving digestion
- Clearer skin
- Post-holiday or post-alcohol 'reset'
"Detoxification" supplements and cleanses are marketed to flush toxins from the body, but your liver, kidneys, lungs, and gut already do this job well in healthy people. There is little solid evidence that commercial detox products remove toxins or improve health, and some can cause side effects or even harm. If you are concerned about a real toxic exposure, talk to a doctor rather than relying on a detox product.
Teas, juice cleanses, capsules, powders, liquid drops, foot pads, enemas/colon cleanses, supplement 'detox kits'
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Detoxification is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Detoxification record says about it on its own.
Detoxification: dosing
There is no standardized or proven dose for "detoxification" because it is not a single ingredient and the products vary widely. There is also no medically established detox "protocol" for healthy people who are not facing a real toxic exposure. If you choose to try a commercial detox product, follow the label directions exactly and do not exceed them, especially for products containing laxatives or stimulant herbs. Avoid long fasts and repeated cleanses. Drink enough fluids, and stop if you feel unwell.A pharmacist can help you read the ingredient list, spot risky herbs, and decide whether a product is appropriate for you and your medications.

About Valsartan and Sacubitril
What Is Valsartan and Sacubitril Used For?
Brand name: Entresto
Sacubitril and valsartan is used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization for heart failure in adult patients with chronic heart failure. The benefit is most clearly seen in patients whose heart pumps with a lower-than-normal ejection fraction (the percentage of blood the heart pushes out with each beat).
It is also approved to treat symptomatic heart failure with reduced left ventricular function in children aged 1 year and older. In pediatric patients, it lowers a blood marker of heart stress (NT-proBNP) and is expected to improve heart outcomes.
