Hydrocortisone, Pramoxine falls under TOPICAL DRUGS — the group Dimethylsulfoxide (dmso) interacts with.

Topical DMSO might increase the effects and adverse effects of topical drugs.
Evidence from animal studies and limited human studies suggests that DMSO may potentiate the action of numerous topical medications by increasing their absorption through the skin. This increase in absorption seems to depend on the concentration of DMSO and the molecular weight of the medication.

Here's the key thing about your Analpram or Pramosone product: it's a cream you rub onto skin, and DMSO is known for acting like a 'carrier' that pushes whatever it touches deeper through the skin barrier. So if DMSO and this hydrocortisone-pramoxine cream end up on the same spot, more of both the steroid (hydrocortisone) and the numbing agent (pramoxine) may get absorbed than usual.

What might that look like? With more hydrocortisone soaking in, you could see thinning skin, irritation, or color changes where you apply it, and with heavier or long-term use, more of the steroid reaching your bloodstream. The evidence here is real but limited, so don't panic. Just don't layer DMSO over this cream without checking with your pharmacist or doctor first.
