Your combination pill pairs chlorthalidone (a water pill) with clonidine, and both already work to lower your blood pressure. The concern here is simple addition: in animal studies, European mistletoe also appeared to nudge blood pressure downward. Stack that on top of two medications that do the same thing, and your pressure could dip a little lower than expected.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or tired, especially when you stand up quickly. I'll be honest though, this is a theoretical worry based mostly on lab and animal data, not strong human evidence. Mistletoe also shouldn't be taken on your own anyway. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them so they can keep an eye on your numbers.
