Fat Smash Diet and Dicloxacillin Sodium

We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.

No Known Interaction Found

We did not find a documented interaction between Dicloxacillin Sodium and Fat Smash Diet in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — research on Fat Smash Diet alongside specific medications may be limited.

Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Fat Smash Diet at all — not against Dicloxacillin Sodium, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.

Fat Smash Diet is an eating pattern rather than something you take. Ask your pharmacist or doctor before changing how you eat while on a prescribed medicine: some medicines are dosed around meals, and a change in diet can change how they work. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.

Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Dicloxacillin Sodium page

“The riskiest pairing on this page is Siberian cocklebur with dicloxacillin (Dynapen), an antibiotic for staph skin and soft tissue infections. Both can stress the kidneys, and that additive strain accounts for one of the three major ratings among 56 supplements here, enough that this list warrants real care.”

About Dicloxacillin

What Is Dicloxacillin Used For?

Brand names: Dynapen, Pathocil, Dycill, Pathocil Injection

Dicloxacillin Sodium capsules are used to treat infections caused by staphylococci (staph bacteria) that produce an enzyme called penicillinase, which makes them resistant to ordinary penicillin. It works specifically against these resistant staph strains.

It should not be used for infections caused by bacteria that are still susceptible to regular penicillin G, or for infections caused by organisms other than resistant staphylococci. Lab cultures are used to confirm the right bug is being targeted.
