Amlodipine Besilate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Feverfew interacts with.

Theoretically, feverfew might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Laboratory research shows that feverfew might inhibit CYP3A4. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the simple version. Your body uses a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear amlodipine out of your system. Lab studies hint that feverfew may slow that enzyme down a bit. If that happened in real life, amlodipine could build up a little and act stronger than usual. With this blood pressure medicine, that might show up as more ankle swelling, dizziness or lightheadedness, flushing, or a headache.

The honest truth, though, is that this is only seen in test-tube and animal research, never reported in actual people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, if you'd like to start feverfew for migraines, run it past your pharmacist or doctor first, especially if your blood pressure already runs low.
