Here's the piece that matters in this combo product: hydrocodone. Your body uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to turn hydrocodone into its stronger painkilling form. Lab studies hint that feverfew might slow that enzyme down. If that happened, you could actually get a bit less pain relief from the hydrocodone, since less of it gets switched into the active form. The aspirin and caffeine parts aren't really affected here.
Now, the honest part: this is only seen in test-tube and animal research, never confirmed in real people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, if you're using feverfew for migraines and taking this for pain, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on how well your pain is controlled.

Here's the piece that lines up with this concern: the caffeine in your Damason-P combo is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In test-tube studies, feverfew appears to slow that enzyme down. If it does the same thing in people, caffeine could hang around a little longer, which might leave you feeling jittery, restless, or wide awake at night, with a faster heartbeat.
I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. It comes only from lab work, and nothing like it has actually been seen in real patients. Feverfew shouldn't meaningfully change the aspirin or hydrocodone parts. One separate note: both feverfew and aspirin can nudge bleeding risk, so mention that too. Run this past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

This combination product pairs aspirin and caffeine with hydrocodone, an opioid pain reliever that your liver activates and processes partly through an enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab studies hint that feverfew may slow that enzyme down. If that happened in real life, hydrocodone could build up a bit, which might mean more drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, nausea, or slowed breathing.
Here's the honest part: this is only seen in test-tube and animal research, and it has not been reported in actual people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since opioids carry real risks, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding feverfew, especially if you ever feel unusually sleepy or foggy.

ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS

Laboratory research suggests that feverfew may inhibit platelet aggregation. Additionally, in one case report, a 36-year-old patient taking feverfew 2400 mg daily for 3 months experienced vaginal bleeding and a prolonged menstrual cycle, with a modest increase in partial thromboplastin time (PTT) and prothrombin time (PT).

The piece of this combo pill that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin already makes your platelets less sticky, which is how it thins the blood a bit. Feverfew may do something similar in lab studies, so stacking the two could, in theory, add up and raise your chance of bleeding or bruising. Think easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset that doesn't quit.
To be fair, this concern is mostly theoretical, based on lab work and a single case report, not strong human studies. An occasional dose of feverfew likely isn't a big deal, but regular, concentrated supplement doses are worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before you start, especially if you bleed or bruise easily.
