Hydrochlorothiazide, Pindolol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Feverfew interacts with.

Theoretically, feverfew might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.
Laboratory research shows that feverfew might inhibit CYP2D6. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

This combo pill pairs a water pill (hydrochlorothiazide) with pindolol, a beta-blocker. The part worth watching here is the pindolol, since it's partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. In lab and animal testing, feverfew seems to slow that enzyme down a bit. In theory, that could let pindolol build up slightly, nudging its effects a little stronger.

If that happened, you might notice more of the usual beta-blocker effects, like a slower heart rate, lightheadedness, or feeling unusually tired. But honestly, this has never been reported in real people, and the evidence is just early lab work, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, mention the feverfew to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your blood pressure and pulse.
