Aspirin, Omeprazole falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) SUBSTRATES — the group Fo-ti interacts with.
Animal and in vitro research suggests that fo-ti may inhibit CYP2C19. An in vitro study suggests that the degree of CYP2C19 inhibition may depend on the type of fo-ti extract (i.e., the raw plant leads to greater inhibition than extensively processed extracts). However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist for Yosprala, which combines aspirin with omeprazole. The omeprazole half is cleared in part by a liver enzyme called CYP2C19. Lab and animal studies hint that Fo-ti, especially the raw root, may slow that enzyme down. If that happened in people, omeprazole levels could drift a bit higher. Omeprazole is generally well tolerated, so this mostly means a touch more acid-blocking effect, with possible mild headache, nausea, or loose stools. Your aspirin works in a different way and isn't really part of this.
The big thing to know: this has never actually been seen in humans, so it's theoretical. Still, since Fo-ti itself has been tied to liver injury, I'd run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Here's the gist with Yosprala (the aspirin plus omeprazole combo pill). Lab and animal studies hint that Fo-ti may slow down a liver enzyme called CYP2C9, which helps clear part of this medication. If that slowing happened in real people, a bit more of the drug could linger in your system, which in theory might nudge up aspirin-related effects like stomach upset, easier bruising, or bleeding.
I want to be straight with you, though: this is theoretical and has never actually been reported in humans. So it's not a reason to panic. Since Fo-ti itself has been tied to liver problems in some reports, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

In vitro research suggests that fo-ti might inhibit CYP3A4. One in vitro study suggests that the degree of CYP3A4 inhibition may depend on the type of fo-ti extract (i.e., the raw plant leads to greater inhibition than extensively processed extracts). However, this evidence conflicts with animal research suggesting that fo-ti does not inhibit CYP3A4. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with Yosprala (the aspirin and omeprazole combo) and Fo-ti. The omeprazole half is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab dishes, Fo-ti has shown some ability to slow that enzyme down, which could in theory let a bit more omeprazole linger in your system. If that happened, you might notice slightly stronger acid-lowering effects or mild stomach upset. The aspirin part isn't really cleared this way, so this mostly touches the omeprazole.
Honestly, this is a theoretical concern. It comes only from test-tube work, the animal studies disagreed, and it has never actually been reported in a person. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since Fo-ti has been linked to liver problems, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Here's the concern with combining Fo-ti and your Yosprala (the aspirin plus omeprazole pill). The aspirin part already thins your blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping. Fo-ti's worry isn't that it changes how aspirin is broken down. Instead, processed Fo-ti has been tied to rare cases of liver injury, and your liver is where clotting factors are made. If the liver gets stressed, your blood may clot less well, which can stack on top of aspirin's effect.
This is based on a few case reports, not strong studies, so don't panic. Still, watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, dark stools, or yellowing of the skin or eyes. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing these, especially with daily supplement doses.
