Temazepam falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Gamma Butyrolactone (gbl) interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of GBL with CNS depressants may potentiate respiratory and CNS depression.
GBL is metabolized to gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB). Concomitant use of CNS depressants with GHB may cause serious CNS and respiratory depression.

Let me be straight with you: GBL is not a supplement, it is a toxic solvent your body turns into GHB, a heavy sedative. It is illegal to sell for human use and can cause coma and death on its own. Please don't take it. If you're struggling with sleep or anything else, your doctor or pharmacist can help safely.

Here's the worry with temazepam: it's a benzodiazepine that already slows down your brain to help you sleep. Stacking it with GHB piles two strong sedatives together. That can deepen drowsiness and, more seriously, slow or stop your breathing, drop your blood pressure, and cause loss of consciousness. The evidence here is anecdotal, but the risk of combined sedation is real and potentially deadly. Talk to a professional before mixing anything with this medicine.

Temazepam capsules — sold as Restoril and under the generic name Temazepam — are indicated for the short-term treatment of insomnia, generally 7 to 10 days. They help people fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
