Hellerwork + Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride
Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride brand names: Diclegis, Bonjesta.
We found no known interaction between Hellerwork and Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first. Additionally, although there is no interaction, the label for Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride states a food rule worth keeping to.
Hellerwork and Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride and Hellerwork in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Hellerwork at all — not against Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

Some Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride Products Have a Food Rule — Hellerwork Should Not Break It
At least one FDA label for a product containing Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride says to take it on an empty stomach. Most supplements — Hellerwork included — are taken with a meal, so the easy mistake is swallowing both together at breakfast. Where that rule applies, keep Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride on its own and move Hellerwork to a meal later in the day.
This may not be true of your version. Food instructions belong to the product, not the ingredient: two Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride products can carry different directions, and extended-release forms often differ from immediate-release ones. The label we read is quoted below — check the directions on your own box or bottle, or ask your pharmacist, for how to take the exact product you were given.
Take on an empty stomach with a glass of water [ see Clinical Pharmacology (12.3) ].
From the Dosage and Administration section of the FDA label we read for Doxylamine Succinate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride — where that label names a specific product, the instruction is that product's. Read the label on DailyMed ›
A food rule is not an interaction — it is about how much of the medicine you absorb. The directions that came with your own product, and your pharmacist, outrank anything on this page.

About Hellerwork
What is Hellerwork?
- Muscle tension and stiffness
- Chronic pain and posture problems
- Stress and body awareness
- Movement and flexibility
- General relaxation and well-being
Hellerwork is not a herb or dietary supplement — it is a form of structural bodywork that blends deep-tissue massage, movement coaching, and guided conversation. People use it for posture, tension, and stress, but high-quality scientific evidence for specific health benefits is very limited. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor before starting any hands-on therapy.
Not applicable (Hellerwork is a hands-on bodywork therapy, not a plant or supplement) · In-person bodywork sessions combining deep-tissue massage, movement education, and dialogue
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Hellerwork is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Hellerwork record says about it on its own.
Hellerwork: dosing
Because Hellerwork is a bodywork therapy and not a supplement, there is no dose to measure in milligrams. Traditionally it is offered as a structured series of sessions, often around eleven, with each session focusing on a different part of the body and theme. The right number and length of sessions varies from person to person. Follow the recommendations of a certified practitioner, and feel free to stop at any point if it is not helping or feels uncomfortable.

About Doxylamine and Pyridoxine
What Is Doxylamine and Pyridoxine Used For?
Brand names: Diclegis, Bonjesta
Doxylamine and pyridoxine is indicated for the treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy in women who do not respond to conservative management. This applies to the delayed-release tablets (including Diclegis and the generic doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine hydrochloride delayed-release tablets) as well as to Bonjesta, the extended-release tablet formulation.
None of these products have been studied in women with hyperemesis gravidarum (severe, persistent vomiting in pregnancy), so their use in that setting is not established.
