Boceprevir falls under P-GLYCOPROTEIN SUBSTRATES — the group Hesperidin interacts with.

Theoretically, hesperidin might inhibit P-glycoprotein-mediated drug efflux and potentially increase levels of drugs that are substrates of P-glycoprotein.
In vitro research shows that hesperidin can inhibit P-glycoprotein efflux. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the short version on combining hesperidin (the citrus flavonoid in many vein and hemorrhoid supplements) with boceprevir. Your body uses a kind of cellular bouncer called P-glycoprotein to push certain drugs back out of cells. In test-tube studies, hesperidin slowed that bouncer down. Since boceprevir is partly handled by P-glycoprotein, blocking it could, in theory, let a little more boceprevir build up, which might mean more of its usual side effects like fatigue, nausea, or low blood counts.

I want to keep this in perspective. This is only laboratory data, and it has never actually been seen in people. A glass of orange juice almost certainly won't matter. Before starting a concentrated hesperidin supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor to be safe.
