Theoretically, taking hesperidin with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Some clinical and animal research shows that hesperidin can decrease blood pressure. However, other clinical research shows that hesperidin does not affect blood pressure.

Here's the basic idea with hesperidin and your Bystolic (nebivolol). Nebivolol already lowers your blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and easing your heart rate. Some studies hint that hesperidin may gently nudge blood pressure down too, so stacking the two could add up and leave your pressure a touch lower than expected. That might show up as feeling dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or a bit faint when you stand up quickly.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. It's a theoretical concern based on pharmacology, and the research is mixed, with some studies showing no blood pressure effect at all. So it's worth a quick mention to your doctor or pharmacist, especially if you notice any dizziness, but it's not a reason to panic.
