Tramadol falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Hesperidin interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with CNS depressants may cause additive sedative effects.
Animal studies show that hesperidin has sedative effects, due to opioid receptor activity and can increase sedation when used with diazepam. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the situation with hesperidin and tramadol. Tramadol already works on opioid pathways in your brain and can leave you feeling drowsy or foggy. In animal studies, hesperidin showed its own mild sedative, opioid-like effects. So in theory, pairing the two could add up to a little more sleepiness, slower thinking, or dizziness than you'd get from tramadol alone.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it has only been seen in lab and animal research, never reported in people, so the real-world risk is likely small. Still, if you notice extra grogginess, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
