Vonoprazan, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group K2/spice interacts with.

Theoretically, K2/spice might have an additive effect with drugs that prolong the QT interval and increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias.

First things first: K2/Spice is not a safe herbal product. It is plant material sprayed with lab-made cannabinoid chemicals, and it has been tied to seizures, psychosis, dangerous heart rhythms, and even deaths. I'd steer clear of it on its own, never mind alongside a prescription.

Here's the specific concern with your Voquezna Triple Pak. The clarithromycin in that combo can stretch out the heart's electrical recovery time (what we call the QT interval). K2/Spice has been linked in case reports to the same effect. Stacking them together could, in theory, raise the risk of a serious irregular heartbeat, with symptoms like fainting, palpitations, or feeling lightheaded. This is based on scattered anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so I'm not trying to scare you. Still, please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything with this antibiotic combo.
