Anabolic androgenic steroids can disrupt the body's hormonal balance and cause various adverse effects including reduced fertility, hair loss, acne, and behavioral changes. Anabolic androgenic steroid use has also been associated with hepatotoxicity and increased risk for heart disease. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other regulatory agencies warn that dietary supplements containing anabolic steroids are dangerous. Avoid using.

At least one FDA label for a product containing Metformin, Linagliptin says to take it with food. If you take Methyldiazinol on an empty stomach out of habit, keep them separate — and take Metformin, Linagliptin with a meal where the label says to.
