Alginic Acid, Aluminum Hydroxide falls under ALUMINUM — the group Rose Hip interacts with.

Theoretically, rose hip might increase the amount of aluminum absorbed from aluminum compounds.
Rose hip contains vitamin C. Theoretically, vitamin C increases the absorption of aluminum. Concomitant use might increase aluminum absorption, but the clinical significance of this is unknown. Administer rose hip two hours before or four hours after antacids.

Here's the simple version. Your Rafton contains aluminum hydroxide, and rose hip is naturally loaded with vitamin C. On paper, that vitamin C could help your body soak up a little more aluminum than it normally would from the antacid. This idea comes from how the two interact in theory, not from real-world studies showing harm, so I don't want you to worry.

For most people taking an occasional antacid, this is unlikely to cause trouble. The bigger caution is if you have kidney problems, since aluminum can build up when kidneys can't clear it well. An easy fix is timing: take rose hip about two hours before or four hours after your Rafton. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
