Ibuprofen, Hydrocodone falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Rose Hip interacts with.

Theoretically, rose hip might reduce the effectiveness of anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro and animal research suggests that a constituent of rose hip, rugosin E, can induce platelet aggregation. This has not been shown in humans. Theoretically, concomitant use of rose hip might reduce the effectiveness of antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.

Here's the situation with this combo pill. The ibuprofen part is a blood thinner of sorts, meaning it makes platelets a bit less sticky, which is why NSAIDs can raise the risk of bruising or stomach bleeding. Rose hip contains a compound called rugosin E that, in lab dishes and animal studies, did the opposite and made platelets clump together a little more. In theory, that could tug against ibuprofen's mild blood-thinning effect.

The honest part: this has never actually been shown in people. It's based only on test-tube and animal work, so it's a very weak, theoretical concern. Eating rose hip as a food is unlikely to matter. If you take it as a concentrated supplement, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on things.
