Celecoxib, Tramadol falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Tarragon interacts with.

Evidence from animal research suggests that tarragon essential oil can cause sedation and motor impairment when administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 1 mL/kg. Theoretically, concomitant use of tarragon with CNS depressants, including antihistamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, and tricyclic antidepressants, may increase sedative and other adverse effects.

Seglentis pairs celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory) with tramadol, and it's the tramadol part that matters here. Tramadol is a pain reliever that can already make you drowsy, slow your breathing a bit, and leave you feeling foggy or unsteady. The concern on file is that concentrated tarragon (its essential oil) might add to that calming, sleepy effect, so the two together could leave you more sedated than you expect.

I'll be honest about the strength of this, though: it comes from animal research only, and it's theoretical for people. Everyday cooking amounts of tarragon are very unlikely to cause trouble. The caution really applies to strong tarragon supplements or oils. If you're considering one, just check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
