Amitriptyline, Perphenazine falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Toothed Clubmoss interacts with.

In animal models, toothed clubmoss and huperzine A, an active constituent of toothed clubmoss, reversed cognitive deficits induced by scopolamine. Theoretically, concurrent use of anticholinergic drugs and toothed clubmoss might decrease the effectiveness of toothed clubmoss or the anticholinergic drug.
Some anticholinergic drugs include atropine, benztropine (Cogentin), biperiden (Akineton), procyclidine (Kemadrin), and trihexyphenidyl (Artane).

Here's the simple version. Triavil combines amitriptyline (a tricyclic antidepressant) with perphenazine, and both have anticholinergic activity, meaning they block the brain chemical acetylcholine. Toothed clubmoss works in the opposite direction. Its main compound, huperzine A, raises acetylcholine levels. So putting them together is like one foot on the gas and one on the brake. Each can blunt what the other is trying to do.

In practice, the clubmoss may work less well for memory, and it could partly oppose your medication too. To be clear, this comes only from animal and lab studies, so it's theoretical, not proven in people. Still, before adding this supplement, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
