Here's the thing about willow bark and your Yosprala (which is aspirin plus omeprazole): willow bark contains salicin, which your body turns into salicylic acid, basically a cousin of aspirin. So you'd be stacking two things that both nudge your blood toward thinning. Your aspirin is already working to keep platelets from clumping, and willow bark adds a little antiplatelet effect of its own, though it's weaker than aspirin.

The worry is mostly about bleeding, things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach irritation, even with the omeprazole protecting your stomach lining. To be fair, this is a theoretical concern based on how these act, not strong proof. Still, since you're on aspirin for your heart, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding willow bark.
