Most entries stack extra anticholinergic load onto the drug, worsening dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, and confusion, and two herbs, henbane and scopolia, do it strongly enough to rate major. Activated charcoal is the third major entry for a different reason, since it can bind the medication in the gut and blunt the dose.
A smaller cluster interferes with absorbing oral drugs in general, so bulky or binding products belong well apart from your tablet.
