Meprobamate, Tridihexethyl falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Henbane interacts with.

Here's the thing about combining henbane with Pathibamate: the tridihexethyl part is already an anticholinergic drug, meaning it purposely blocks acetylcholine to calm an overactive gut or bladder. Henbane carries its own anticholinergic alkaloids (hyoscyamine, scopolamine, atropine). Stack them together and you're pushing the same pedal twice, so the effects can pile up.

What might that feel like? Dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a racing heartbeat, flushing, and confusion or drowsiness (the meprobamate piece adds its own sedation). This warning is based on how these compounds behave rather than hard studies, but the concern is real and henbane itself is genuinely toxic. Please run this by your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
